Veganism is a way of life, rejecting the murder of animals for meat, skin,
and so on. But it also refuses to hold animals for milk or eggs. The very
principle of killing or possessing another being in order to get something
that we do not need for our lives is very incongruous. It is, though,
possible to live without any animal food, without fur coats taken from
animals, or without, for example, "fun attractions" with animals and their
other exploitation. Among other things, it is the compassion for the
weaker, which makes man truly human.
One has a choice in life, but also a responsibility of always choosing the
best possible.
We must not betray animals anymore - we are their only hope! Only the
change of each of us can eliminate their suffering.
